Why a workbook, and not a template? Every venue is different — a 250-seat theatre, a 900-capacity nightclub and a large place of worship face different risks. A one-size-fits-all document doesn't make anyone safer. The workbook asks the right questions for your tier and guides you to answers that fit your premises.

Not yet in force. Martyn's Law received Royal Assent on 3 April 2025 with an implementation period of at least 24 months, so its duties are not expected to apply before spring 2027 — building your workbook now means you'll be ready.
